BUILT TO PERFORM
SELF-AWARENESS, STRENGTHS AND THE SCIENCE OF HIGH-PERFORMING TEAMS
You can’t change what you don’t see—and in today’s fast-paced, team-driven workplaces, a lack of self-awareness is the biggest threat to performance, communication, and leadership.
This session gives your team the tools to recognize how they’re wired, how they show up under pressure, and how their behavior impacts the people around them. It’s not just about being reflective—it’s about becoming more effective. Attendees will walk away with a deeper understanding of themselves, new language to describe how they work best, and actionable strategies to collaborate, communicate, and lead with intention.

Let’s be real: if you don’t know how you’re wired, you’re just winging it.
In today’s workplace, technical skills and hustle aren’t enough. Self-awareness is the edge—because when you understand how you think, communicate, lead, and react, you work smarter, collaborate better, and lead with far more influence and intention.
In this session, we use CliftonStrengths34—a research-backed assessment that reveals your natural patterns of behavior, motivation, and execution—to uncover what makes you valuable, where you thrive, and how you show up under stress. These aren’t personality types. These are tools.
For teams, this insight transforms how work gets done. It creates common language, reduces friction, and helps you assign work based on what people do well, not just what’s on their plate. For individuals, it builds confidence, clarity, and career direction.
We’ll cover what the four CliftonStrengths domains reveal (Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building, and Strategic Thinking), how your top strengths drive both success and stress, and how to better communicate, collaborate, and lead—starting with yourself.
This is strengths-based growth. Backed by science. Made practical.
Because you can’t be everything to everyone. But you can be exactly what your team needs—once you know what you bring.
